Flouncie is one of Goosers' friends. She even likes playing with him and often can be mischievous at times.

Flouncie is a female Bearded Collie.

Floucie was originally named Flouncy before production, because replacing "y' with "ie" in a character name is a defining character trait that needs to be expanded upon. Why did her name change? Is there another dog named Flouncy?
