Flouncie is a female dog in The Twisted Whiskers Show.
she is a grey and white Border Collie with blue eyes. She has pigtails with pink bows and braces.
In the shorts, she was an orange cat.
she is a large dog with a self-image problem and wants a playmate, seeing herself to be dainty despite being strong enough to unknowingly kill any unfortunate animal she befriends.

a tiny bed for tiny head[]
in this episode, we see her only in one scene (almost at the end), where she is crying and whining at the appartment, while she asking herself, why everyone's leaving her, what does she doing wrong, she just a big hugger, but her monologue was interrupted by the sad sang of tiny head, then she jumped from her apartment in the 3rd floor and started to chase her, and tiny head, to escape her took the wool of her tail, and put it to the back of the truck, and flouncie were thinking, tiny head's there, chased the moving truck
love hurts[]
maybe her owner tired from finding dead animals at their yard, becuase of her controlles love and gifted her a squeker toy, the name of "skqueker 3000", and she played with it for whole days, till one day she tried to jump at the toy, it rebounded and started flying at the whole yard, it even hit the goosers, who looked at her, by falling in love at her, at the end the toy was flew into her mouth, at first she didn't understand, what happened, but afther cheeking her stomach ,belly and intestines, and realizng, that her lovely toy are been swallowed by her, she cryed non-stoplly, goosers tried everything to cheer her up (play with the ball, give a show with a toy plate), but her loss of a toy, was a real grief for her, so he tired and got back home, but then he saw a commercial of that toy and runned to the shop for it.
also she is seen at the end, on the next day, when she sleeped, goosers woke her up by that squeking toy, they started running in love to each other, but when she slapped and falled, she spat out the toy, that she swallowed, and left with it, and disapointed goosers just dropped the toy he stealed for her, that later was swallowed by von-ripper, and when he saw von-ripper running away while crying, he was happy, that he never had this stupid toy.
big hunka love[]
flouncie's owner tired from seeing her dog into her house and forcibly kicked her out to the yard, flouncie layed down near the tree and asked her self, why she's so unloved, why her dainty paws and delicate claws not appreciated, afther saying, she is very (x5) lonely, started crying a lot and a lot, until she didn't heard a jingling of yawp's bracelet, she poked her head out through a hole in the fence and her histerical mood momently changed to angel's smile, she grabbed yawp through the hole and fell in love with him at once and madly, she promised to love him and squeeze him and started playing with him against his will, when she digged a hole for him, she found an old bone, that she afther tooked with herself, when she buried the hole, she didn't notice, that yawp fell into the hole, when she got back, she saw an ird who sitted down on their hole and chased him away by her barking on him, she dug up the hole and saw there yawp, took him out of the hole and keeped playing and caress him from madly loving, she wouldn't let go of him an inch, In spite of the fact that he was terrified and exhausted until she fell asleep, while she was sleeping on him, while drooling, he broke free, while she was itching in a sleep, and tried to escape, he took the rope and grabbed to the ird, but when ird dragged him, yawp crashed into the cactus, woke flouncie up and keeped suffering untill her owner didn't saw her playing with him, when the owner asked her, what she doing, flouncie hided him, and when the owner said, she don't want to see anymore dead animals at the yard, yawp ran away with total terror, by disguising himself and climbing over the fence, while flouncie was searching him at the whole yard, her eyes was filling with tears, when she thought, he hide inside the tree, she pulled it off the ground, but not finding him there, she fell into hysterics for the second time for a day, she was in a deep melancholy until next day, when yawp heard her crying and whining, and ran to her yard, and when he heard her crying afther monologue at him, he felt sorry for her and started ringing his bracelet, she at once stopped crying, rammed and demolished the fence with a smile, and when she found him, she said, that they will be together forever, and left with him to her yard, yawp momently regretted about it.

- Floucie was originally a cat with yellow eyes and a pink bow.
- maybe she became, like that, because her owner are indifrent to her, we don't see them playing with each other, we don't see the love and weasel of the owner, we don't see them together at all, unlike of goosers and mr. claude, who are together no matter what, we just see, that she tells her to go on outside in a rough tone and kicks her out forcibly, if chronlogicly the episode " a tiny bed for a tiny head" happens afther "big hunka love", so certaintly, the mistress abandoned her, because flouncie lives in another house
- in every episode with her appearence we see her crying from feeling herself unloved, even in the episode "love hurts", because she swallowed the toy, which gives an artificial love feeling
- besides these, three episodes, she appears in two mini opening scenes of another episodes: in one, she's having fun in in the snow, until realizng, that she's in a snow globe, but keeps enjoying the snow, and in another, she wants to jump into the pool, but gets scared from the springboard, but afther trying again, she likes it, and keeps jumping more and more, so high as she flies away and stucks in the electrical wires, but she feel ok.
- all her entire screen time in the show is 12 with half minutes
- in the episode "a tiny bed for a tiny head", she looks at her crush dogs photo, one of which is goosers, but in the episode "love hurts", we discover, that he is not on her taste
- maybe she killed yawp, because the episode ends with heavy sobbing dender, also this is the last episode with yawp's appearence, althrough he himself is blame to his death, because he decided to come back to her
